Terms of Service

1. The service

DeliverableGuard ("the service") reviews documents you upload and reports possible issues - inconsistent numbers, stale names, placeholders and confidentiality risks - for human review. The service is a review aid. It does not guarantee that every issue in a document is found, and it is not legal, financial, accounting or compliance advice. You remain the final reviewer of anything you send to a client.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including that of teammates you invite. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display them to you and the people you share them with, so we can operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload each file and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you are not authorized to share with a processor.
• Do not attempt to breach workspace isolation, probe other tenants, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

5. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Free trials, where offered, require a card and convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Review credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Plan limits - reviews, files per review, file size and seats - are enforced by the service. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the paid period. See our Refunds policy for refund terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost deals, lost profits or reputational harm arising from content you sent to a third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may delete your workspace at any time, which deletes its stored files and reviews.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
