Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the DeliverableGuard team to explain, plainly and accurately, what happens to the documents you upload. It describes our current practices; it is not a certification or an independent audit.

What we collect

• Account data - email, name, workspace name and the audience you selected at onboarding.
• Uploaded files - the documents you add to a review, plus the text extracted from them and the findings produced.
• Billing data - handled by Stripe. We store a customer and subscription reference, never your full card number.
• Product analytics - coarse, privacy-conscious event counts (for example "review completed"). We do not put document content into analytics.

Where files are stored

Uploads go to a private storage bucket. Access is scoped to your workspace by row-level security, so members of other workspaces cannot read your files or findings. Files are not public and are not indexed. Report share links are opt-in, single-purpose tokens that you create and can revoke or expire at any time.

AI processing - the precise version

Text is extracted from your files inside our own service. That extracted text is then sent to Google's Gemini models through the Lovable AI Gateway to produce the analysis. Under those terms the content is not used to train the models. Deterministic checks (placeholders, number reconciliation, name mismatches, compliance rules) run locally and involve no third-party model at all. If sending document text to a model provider is not acceptable for a given document, do not upload that document.

Subprocessors

• Supabase - database, authentication and file storage.
• Google (Gemini, via the Lovable AI Gateway) - AI analysis of extracted text.
• Stripe - payments and subscription billing.
• Resend - transactional and notification email.

Retention and deletion

Files, reviews and findings stay in your workspace until you delete them. Deleting a review deletes its stored files and findings. Deleting your workspace deletes its contents. Email delivery logs and billing records are kept as needed for support and accounting.

Your choices

• Turn notification emails on or off in Settings.
• Revoke any share link from the report it belongs to.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
