Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscriptions

If the product isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge on a plan and we'll refund it in full. After that window, monthly charges are not prorated or refunded, and annual plans can be refunded on a case-by-case basis for the unused remainder.

Free trials

The Solo plan includes a 7-day trial that requires a card. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you forget and are charged on the first day after the trial, email us and we'll refund it.

Review credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent on reviews, those credits are not refundable.

Failed or duplicate charges

Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full as soon as we confirm them, at any time.

How to request one

Email support@marketforgesystems.com from the address on the account. Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
